Do you ship to P.O. Boxes?

We do not ship to post office boxes. At this time, we are also not able to ship any orders to Freight Forwarding Services. Sorry, but no exceptions.

How can I track my shipment?

We totally get the excitement of tracking your package, so we make it easy! We’ve upgraded our shipping experience! You can now track your order every step of the way here and never wonder where your Smuuv delivery is again. You can track your order in three ways—from the moment you place it, right up to delivery:

  1. Log in to your Smuuv Body account to view your order status and tracking details anytime.
  2. Keep an eye on your inbox for our order notification emails as your package moves through fulfillment and shipping.
  3. Use the Order tracking widget on the header menu of our website which brings you to our Order Tracking Hub.

Here’s what you’ll receive and what each email means:

  • Order Confirmation: Sent within minutes of your purchase. (If you don’t see it, double-check your Spam or Junk folder!)
  • Shipped: Sent when your shipping label and tracking number are created. Heads up: during busy periods, we might print shipping labels several days in advance to get ahead—don’t worry, your order won’t actually ship until just before your delivery date.
  • Out For Delivery: Sent as soon as your package is scanned by the carrier and is on its way to you.
  • Delivered: Sent once your package is scanned as delivered. Tip: If sending to someone, let your recipient know it’s arrived—drivers usually won’t ring the doorbell or knock.

Please note, while we provide tracking updates, actual delivery times and dates are not guaranteed, as they depend on our delivery partners. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee delivery times despite our delivery partner’s projected time for arrival that may be shown on your shipment’s tracking page.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Here’s how it works: you order, we process, then we ship. All items are processed and dispatched within 1-3 days from our Fulfilment partners in the UK, USA, EU, or China depending on where stock is available at the time of your order. You’ll typically get a shipment notification email with a tracking details (where available) as soon as your package ships and it’s on the way.

There might be dispatch delays of up to 5 business days during public holidays and Sale periods. Orders are processed Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays). Orders received on weekends and holidays will be processed the next business day.

We have teamed up with our external partners and carriers to make sure your order gets to you as soon as possible. Packages are shipped via FedEx, UPS, USPS or DHL courier with standard shipping services. See below for the most recent information.

Where does Smuuv Body ship from?

All items are dispatched within 48 hours from our Fulfilment partners/warehouses in the UK, USA, EU, or China. This changes based on current stock availability and the destination country or region. Our goal is to get your order to you as quickly as possible.

Will I be charged duties and taxes?

Most likely you will not be charged any customs. In most cases - we try to ensure that there are no customs charges upon arrival. But sometimes customs charges are out of our control and are dependent on the local government.

Is expedited shipping available?

We don't currently offer expedited shipping beyond the timelines indicated in our standard shipping timelines. However, we ship your items from the fulfilment centres that are closest to you to ensure the fastest delivery.

How can I change my shipping address?

If you have not yet received a shipping confirmation email, we may be able to edit your shipping address prior to shipment. Please reach out directly here with your order number in the subject line and your full name and new address in the body of the email.

Orders often tend to be processed within a few hours, so once an order is placed, there is no guarantee we will be able to make any changes. Please double-check all information before confirming your order. Once your order has shipped, we may not be able to change the delivery address, cancel the order, or adjust the shipping method.

Can I send one order to multiple addresses?

Each Smuuv Body order can only ship to one mailing address. If you are sending to multiple recipients please check out separately for each unique address, as we are unable to split up orders between multiple addresses.

I entered the wrong shipping address. What can be done?

Ok, it seems ridiculous to have to say this, but because we have to for legal reasons, we will. We know mistakes happen! However, Smuuv Body isn’t responsible for orders with incorrect or incomplete addresses entered at checkout. If a package can’t be delivered due to an address error, we can’t offer refunds or resend the order—so it’s super important to double-check your shipping details before completing your purchase.

To help, our checkout process includes free address verification to catch most typos and issues. If your address can’t be verified, you’ll be asked to confirm it and accept responsibility for any delivery issues that may result. Please note: P.O. boxes aren’t accepted.

We strongly recommend reviewing your shipping address carefully and only using an address that can be validated at checkout.

Heads up:

Orders with incorrect addresses, or those delayed by things outside the carrier’s control (like weather or natural disasters), aren’t eligible for refunds.

If you catch an error right after placing your order, reach out to us at support@smuuvbody.com as soon as possible—while we can’t guarantee changes, we’ll do our best to help if your order hasn’t shipped yet!

My order has been shipped to the wrong address! What happens now?

We know how stressful this can be, and we’re here to help as much as possible. If your Smuuv Body order was shipped to the wrong address, here’s what you need to know:

Unfortunately, Smuuv Body isn’t able to refund or reship orders sent to a wrong or incomplete address provided by the customer at checkout. Once an order is shipped, we can’t change the delivery details.

Sometimes, you may be able to contact the shipping carrier directly using your tracking information to request a hold or redirect—though this isn’t guaranteed and may depend on the carrier’s policies.

For the future, please double-check your shipping address before placing your order to help ensure a smooth delivery.

What should I do if my parcel has been returned to the warehouse?

If your order was returned to our warehouse (often due to an incorrect address, missed delivery attempts, or refusal at delivery), please contact us at support@smuuvbody.com with your order details.

Here’s what you need to know:

Once we confirm your parcel’s return, we’ll reach out to discuss your options. Depending on the reason for the return, we may be able to reship your order (additional shipping fees may apply) or help you with a solution.

If the return was due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout, Smuuv Body isn’t able to offer a refund, and reshipping may require a new shipping fee.

Can I redirect my order to a different address if my order has already shipped?

Once your order has shipped, we’re unable to make changes to the delivery address on our end. However, depending on the shipping carrier, you might be able to request a redirect or hold directly through their website using your tracking information.

Just a heads up—address changes after shipping are not always guaranteed by the carrier and may cause delivery delays or additional fees.

I have special delivery instructions. Can I provide them to the shipping courier?

If you have specific delivery instructions—like a gate code or special drop-off request—you’ll need to share these directly with the shipping courier handling your Smuuv Body order. Unfortunately, we’re unable to relay delivery instructions to the courier on your behalf.

Here’s how you can do it:

  • Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link via email (you can also find it in the Open Orders section of your Smuuv Body account).
  • Click on the tracking number to visit the shipping courier’s website, where you’ll find the latest updates on your package.
  • Many couriers allow you to add delivery instructions or make changes online. If not, you can always contact the courier’s Customer Support line directly for assistance.

For UPS shipments: You may need to register for UPS MyChoice to submit special instructions. Please note: if you add instructions after your package is already Out For Delivery, it could cause a delay.

While our delivery partners do their best to follow your requests, we can’t guarantee they’ll always be able to accommodate them. Smuuv Body isn’t liable for lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged packages resulting from special instructions.

What should I verify before I sign for the parcel?

Ensure the tracking information is accurate and the outer packaging is undamaged before signing. Open the parcel in front of the courier to verify the contents and packing list. For any concerns, reach out to our Customer Experience Team at support@smuuvbody.com immediately. Requests will be handled within 2-3 business days.

I received an email stating my order is delayed. What should I do?

Availability of products is not guaranteed. If you have ordered an item that is not available or that is delayed, we will notify you via email, at which time you will have the option of choosing a different item or receiving a refund.

Please note that Smuuv Body is not responsible for any unpredictable delays with local parcel partners, however, we will do our best to update you and provide any assistance we can along the way. Our warehouse fulfilment team takes a well-deserved break on weekends and national holidays, so orders placed on those days will be shipped out the next business day! 

I'm having problems with the tracking. What should I do?

No worries—we’re here to help! If your tracking number isn’t working or the status hasn’t updated, here’s what to try:

  • Double-check the tracking link: Make sure you’re using the most recent link we sent in your shipping confirmation email or in the “Open Orders” section of your Smuuv Body account.
  • Give it a little time: Sometimes, tracking updates can be delayed, especially right after the label is created or during peak shipping times. It may take up to 24–48 hours for the carrier to scan and update your parcel’s progress.
  • Still having trouble? If your tracking hasn’t updated after two days or seems stuck, reach out to us at support@smuuvbody.com with your order details. We’ll look into it and get you an update as quickly as possible!

How long does delivery take once my item has shipped?

Depending on your location, Shipping transit time usually takes 4-10 business days but may take up to 15 business days due to increased volume and unexpected delays due to weather conditions.

What Shipping Courier/Company Do You Use?

We have teamed up with our external partners and carriers to make sure your order gets to you as soon as possible. Packages are shipped via FedEx, UPS, USPS or DHL courier with standard shipping services. This can also change based on the destination country or region.

Once it ships out of one of our warehouses (in the UK, EU, US or China), it will be handled by local couriers in the origination source. Then, once it reaches your country or region, it will be handed from the original postal courier to the local courier that services your region. In some instances, you may receive two tracking numbers: one for the original courier from when it leaves our warehouse and one for the local courier making the delivery to you!

Why is my order being returned to the sender?

There are a few common reasons why a Smuuv Body order might be returned to the sender:

  • If the address provided at checkout is missing details or contains errors, the carrier may be unable to deliver your package.
  • If the carrier tries to deliver your package multiple times and is unable to reach you, it may be sent back.
  • If the recipient refuses the package, the carrier will return it to us.
  • Some addresses (like P.O. boxes or certain business addresses) may not be eligible for delivery, depending on the carrier.

My Order Status Isn’t updating, or my package Is delayed. What Is happening?

Sorry about that! We know waiting can be tough! Here are a few things that could be causing the delay or lack of tracking updates:

  • Carrier Delays: Shipping carriers sometimes experience delays, especially during peak seasons, holidays, or due to weather and other unforeseen events.
  • Tracking Not Updating: It’s normal for tracking to pause for 24–48 hours, especially soon after your order ships or when the carrier is in between scan points.
  • Processing Time: If you received your shipping confirmation but don’t see movement yet, your package may still be processing at our warehouse or waiting for the carrier’s next scan.

What can you do?

If your package still hasn’t moved after 72 hours or is significantly delayed, please reach out to us at support@smuuvbody.com with your order details. We’re always here to help and will look into it for you!

What is the difference between processing time, shipping time, and delivery time?

Processing time: This is the time our team needs to make sure your order is perfect before leaving our warehouse.

Shipping time: This is our promise to you in getting your order out the door as soon as we can.

Delivery time: This starts when your order has left our warehouse and is now with local couriers.
