Before you begin using your Smuuv Body device, take a clear photo of the treatment area (e.g. wrinkles, acne, pigmentation).
- The photo must be time-stamped or dated
- Make sure your face is well-lit and makeup-free
Use your Smuuv Body device exactly as directed in the user manual.
- Follow the recommended treatment schedule (3–5 times per week depending on the product)
- Take care of your skin as part of your routine — hydration and sun protection help too!
After 90 days of consistent use, take a second clear, dated photo of the same area under similar lighting and angle. This helps us accurately assess your results.

If it's been more than 90 days, certain products may still be covered under our limited warranty. This warranty covers defects in material or workmanship under normal usage conditions and when following the provided Use & Care guidelines. 90-Day Money-Back Guarantee: If you're not satisfied with your Smuuv Body purchase, you can return it within 90 days for a full refund — no hard feelings.
One-Year Limited Warranty: Every Smuuv Body device is backed by a one-year limited warranty starting from your purchase date. If your device experiences a functional issue due to a manufacturing defect, we’ll repair or replace it at no extra cost. Beyond the 90 days, your device is still protected against defects and malfunctions for up to one year from the purchase date.
Please note: The warranty does not cover accidental damage, misuse, or unauthorized modifications. This warranty ensures we’ll repair or replace your product if there’s an issue related to its functionality under normal use.
