Shipping policy
The regions and countries we ship to is detailed in the Shipping and Delivery poilicies on our website, however we do not currently deliver to P.O. Boxes, Amazon Lockers, or PackStations. Please be sure to include your full name and personal information at checkout. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
You will receive a confirmation e-mail after placing an order and another e-mail after your order has been shipped. The second one will contain the tracking information and some instructions on how to track your parcel. The total time it takes to receive your order is described below:
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
The total time is the sum of the processing time and the shipping time.
Processing time = the time between when you place an order and when we ship it;
Shipping time = the time between when your order has been shipped and delivered to you;
The total delivery time is calculated from the time your order is placed until the time it is delivered to you. Total delivery time is broken down into processing time and shipping time.
Processing time:
The time it takes to prepare your item(s) to ship from our warehouse. This includes preparing your items, performing quality checks, and packing for shipment.
Shipping time:
The time for your item(s) to travel from our warehouse to your destination.
Full refunds are not available under the following circumstances:
1. Delays caused by the buyer providing incorrect or incomplete delivery information;
2. Delays in delivery caused by any Force Majeure incidents, such as natural disasters, bad weather, and war;
3. Any un-insured order that is lost or stolen;
4. Delays in delivery caused by any other beyond our control, such as public holidays and Customs issues.
Delivery:
If you pick items from different sales, there’s a possibility that your order may arrive at different times, in different parcels. Yep, that’s excitement on another level.
(Well, we do ruin the surprise by showing estimated delivery dates on product pages, at check out, in your account and by sending you email updates. No one’s perfect.)
Some of the items sold on our website are back-ordered products. So please allow up to 30 days for the delivery. You will be advised on the approximate time it'll take to deliver your order.
Flash Sales last from 1 day to 1 week and take around 10 working days after the sale ends to be delivered.
Why so long? That’s exactly where the magic happens. We wait for each sale to end before placing a big order with our suppliers. This cuts down storage costs and gives us the bargaining power to offer such incredible prices. After this, all orders are delivered to our warehouse and then dispatched to you.
Delivery times are estimates only. We will try hard to meet our delivery times but are not responsible for any delayed or unsuccessful deliveries. Sometimes orders may take longer to fulfil and certain services may be removed during our seasonal sales, periods of promotional activity or due to circumstances beyond our control, such as adverse weather. All our products are sold on a delivery duty unpaid basis. If applicable, you may have to pay import duties and taxes which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. You are responsible for any such duties and taxes. Please check with your local customs or tax office for further details.
European countries
(a) We ship to the following European countries:
Austria, Bosnia, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland and Ukraine.
(b) We ship all European orders via multiple shipping partners. Our Dispatch Confirmation will include a tracking number, which you can use to track your order on the courier's website.
(c) Mostly, orders to Switzerland via UPS. Our Dispatch confirmation will include a tracking number, which you can use to track your order on UPS.com. We ship to Switzerland on a Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis. This means prices are exclusive of all taxes and duties, including UK VAT. These charges are the responsibility of our customer and have to be paid on delivery of your order. Please contact your local customs office for more information.
(d) Shipping to the European countries listed above is free for orders over £100/€100/$100 and costs £7.95/€7.95/$7.95 for orders below £100/€100/$100. The exact delivery cost will be confirmed on the order summary page.
(e) We aim to deliver Items within 5 - 15 working days after placing your order. We run a Monday to Friday service, delivering between the hours of 10 am and 6 pm. If the delivery day falls on a public holiday, the Items will be delivered on the next working day.
International countries
(a) We ship to the following international countries:
Afghanistan, Argentina, Aruba, Australia, Bahamas, Bahrain, Barbados, Canada, Chile, China, Colombia, Faroe Islands, Gibraltar, Hong Kong, India, Indonesia, Israel, Japan, Kuwait, Malaysia, Martinique, Mexico, Morocco, New Zealand, Qatar, Russia, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, South Africa, South Korea, Taiwan, Thailand, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom.
(b) Shipping to the International countries listed above is free for orders over £100/€100 and costs £14.95/€14.95 for orders below £100/1300. The exact delivery cost will be confirmed on the order summary page.
(c) We ship all international orders via multiple shipping partners. Our Dispatch Confirmation will include a tracking number, which you can use to track your order on the courier's website. We ship all international orders on a Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis. This means prices are exclusive of all taxes and duties, including UK VAT. Terms applicable to both European and International Deliveries
- A specific time slot cannot be specified with any of our delivery options. Delivery of an order shall be completed when we deliver the Goods to the address you gave and the Goods will be your responsibility from that time.
- Please note that during our seasonal sales and periods of promotional activity processing and dispatch of your order by our distribution centre may take longer and certain delivery services may be removed.
- Occasionally our delivery to you may be affected by an Event Outside Our Control.
- You own the Goods once we have received payment in full, including all applicable delivery charges.
